I have 2 Photogenic 1500PL strobes I use my Canon 60D flash to trigger them inside. I need to use them in full sunlight and I do not have triggers. Will the slave work in full daylight?

depends a lot on distance from flash to slave, and of course the power your on camera flash puts out with each shot. You will also need the slave to be in front of the master flash. Inside the flash bounces around the room and will help trigger the slave. It can be done outside, but is probably not worth the hassle. The YN 603 II costs 30-35 bucks and will do a great job in this situation. Keep in mind that you won't be using your pop up flash at all.
