A single LP-E6 is good for 1800 mAh. The 12V output of the Nomad 7 tops out at 200 mA. So it would take around 9 hours to charge one battery.

You could buy 5 to 10 non OEM batteries for the price of that charger - how much shooting do you intend to do?
P.S. in my experience non OEM batteries have been more reliable and longer lasting than Canon originals, though I have not used the LP-E6 batteries. 3 Canon BP511 batteries from 2005/2006 - all dead by 2008. 5 E Bay cheapies from 2006 - all still going strong and still delivering higher capacity!
