There are a handful of very small ones all around Scorpio and in the teapot (Sagittarius) . I've seen them in my Celestron 8" and even then they are very small but fantastic to look at . They maybe small in your 3" but use a high power EP next time Scorpio is up and see if you can spot them . They look great !
