Hi..I want some advice...
How i can produce this type of image..
Whats the step should i doing to produce it?
It so vivid..but very nice...;)

My favorite are Adjustment Layers for local changes. (external link)They are one way to control what parts of the image are affected by the changes.

I think they using layer mask but the color so nice..also the skin tones..

They lost all detail in the skin, looks pretty fake. Looks like vibrance to me, boosting tones other than skin. Probably a lot of detail work to get it looking like that.

That's my guess. Lots and lots of postprocessing. Make the skin artificially smooth, then boost saturation to get these intense colors,etc.

Alot of post on the face, selectively adjusting the colors individually and the eyes have completely been redone in post.
