Great shots already, will be interesting to see the different creatures show up on camera this week.
Ricardo, awesome shot, lovely colors.
I'm looking forward to a big bull Elk from Terry!

Although most people around here call them "aboreal rats" - I like watching our local squirrels - and I don't even mind pulling up the sprouting walnut trees they have planted in my flower beds. And love the insects :-)

This was a serendipitous wildlife sighting along side the road - kinda fuzzy - and with luck (and more planning) I'll get a better one before the week is out :-)

Nice find Svizzerams. Sometimes those deer just don't want to cooperate very well for a photo.:)

Thank you Grizz.

What a let-down...I spent half an hour in the garden at lunchtime and there was virtually no wildlife at all to be found! No lions or tigers, no bears, not even a large elk!

I did find a bee, though, and followed her round for a while, but she wouldn't sign a release form or even pose for me !

So I grabbed this shot and went back to work!:(

Terry, those bulls are probably above timber line right now, a lot of work to go after I'm sure.
The deer I'd like to photograph are staying in the low creek areas in dark shade. We are having high ninety degree temps with humidity above 90%. When I tried shooting twice now my gear is fogging up bad, haven't had this happen before. Going to have to leave the camera in my truck seat or ATV tool box until this weather improves.

Steve, for the most part the big bulls are well hid this time of the year. Your gear fogging up is something I haven't experienced this time of the year. Hope your weather improves for you.:)

Thank you both very much.

Terry, I suspect the adrenaline rush might mean that I'd need a much faster shutter speed to get that relatively close to lions or tigers!
