Back from Iceland, but no lucky for night sky. It has 4 seasons everyday.

Might as well put my 2 cents in, even though it's too late :)

Samyang 14mm ƒ2.8 might not be fast, but I never use it at ƒ2.8 - rather ƒ4.5. BIG difference in how the lens renders the stars.

The Samyang 24mm ƒ1.8 kills any other lens for astro, but not at ƒ1.4. If you get to try one of these lenses, stop down to ƒ3.5 and you will be blown away.
