Use 42 LR/PS processed photos to create email sizes

I obviously should had made an email of each while in PS, but didn't.
Anyway I can, in LR or PS, batch process groups into email sizes, but leave the tiff's as is?
I use LR 5.5 and PS CC.

Easiest is to just select the images in LR and export jpgs with the required settings.

Yep, just select all the images in LR, then right click and select Export. The dialogue will pop up and you can set where you want them exported to and all the other settings (size, compression, format etc) and it will pump them all out.
