Hey guys, I purchased an FS700 a few months ago and i've done a few projects on it without any issue. But recently I've started getting this purple dot in the right hand side of my video footage. I'm attaching an image of the footage I shot without having any lens on the camera (so its not an issue with any lens.. its an issue with the censor i'm assuming) (you have to look very carefully):

Has anyone else here had this issue with any of their video cameras? Am I doing something wrong or is this legit an issue with camera's censor?

I believe what you have is a hot/dead pixel. This is notorious on the APS-C sensors, especially in the 7D, which also shows up on mine. The trick for a 7D is to set the camera to "clean manually", remove the lens, put on a lens cap, wait 30 seconds, then shut the camera off. What this does is supposedly "resets" the pixel positions since video does not use all the pixels on the sensor, and sometimes it'll get rid of the dead pixels. Not sure how this can be accomplished with your camera, but I'm sure a dead/hot pixel is your issue.
