LOL) Anyway, from my beginner eyes I notice a hard blue line on the right where the horizon is. Is this from post processing? And the left side of her face looks soft or is that on the lens? The water is fantastic! Looks like she is standing marshmellow fluff or snow! Great! She looks very comfortable too in front of the camera, very pretty girl. Just starting out, in the process of learning. Looking forward to a very rewarding hobby!

Feb 18, 2006 20:26 | #3 yeah the blue line is me adding a blue filter to make the sky less washed out... the left side of the face is me trying the dodge tool to light up that side of her face -guess I need to try that one again

LOL I hope you get the results your looking for because it's a really nice photo. I'm sure the model will love it when she see it! Just starting out, in the process of learning. Looking forward to a very rewarding hobby!

The softness is gone on the left side of the face and her features are much more distinguishable. I think you got it! Great job! Just starting out, in the process of learning. Looking forward to a very rewarding hobby!

Titus213 Cream of the Crop More info | Feb 19, 2006 01:51 | #10 Nice photo. Color, light, focus seem to be good. I do find the positioning of her legs bothersome, particularly her right leg. She doesn't really look stable. It presents an awkward angle to the camera IMO. Dave
