Does anyone have experience with the new MaxPreps cropping rules? I have a few questions and would gladly pay someone for their time so that I make sure I am doing it right the first time. Thanks.

Rich there is a Facebook page that may be of help. The new cropping and how to get there from Lightroom has been discussed.
If after looking there and you still have questions then ask away.

It is the same as it was except on the export put in 3000px on the long side for lightroom.

Thanks for the input. Only question I still have is cropping a picture shot in portrait mode. Crop box is in middle of players body so I end up with pictures from the waist up....I have to be doing something wrong. If I try to crop the way I want to I notice the ratio changes from 3000 x 2216 to 2216 x 3000....I am unsure if they will accept that.

It doesn't matter whether it is 3000x2216 or 2216x3000. Both are accepted.

What software are you using?

Creative Cloud photoshop. Well I guess I can try it...all they can do is reject it.

Not really a crop they are after but a max size on longest side. If you like the entire image, resize is in order, not crop.
