Then ask that the ultimate recipient, or their legal guardian sign a model release. Just use a standard contract, if you have one.

The agency is ready to go for this. The person that is handling this is someone I graduated high school with so there is more of a personal connection. I guess time to google model contracts. There are plenty of sample model releases available online, just copy and customize as needed.

I would photography the student, edit the pictures and hand over the files to the agency is what I'm thinking. Would I need to get any type of waiver for me to use these photos in the future? If so, how would I word and introduce the waiver / contract without making it sound too crazy that the agency wouldn't go for it? Thanks here's a good place to start your research into this issue:
