Single Use Image Pricing

Hey all...

I sell prints through a variety of sources, print on demand, art fairs etc.

I usually only print as large as 90" by x for panoramas. I get price X for that.

Someone recently came along and wants a to buy an image file for single architectural use that they can then print 242" x 52"

Any ideas on pricing. I have ideas of what it means to me but am curious

Wouldn't it just be a flat rate for the file? I don't think it necessarily matters what size the customer wants in the end if you aren't involved in the printing process. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what if the customer wants to purchase the file to print 242x52 and then changes his/her mind in a month and wants to print smaller. With that in mind, wouldn't it make sense to charge for the file and not necessarily how big they want to print that file?

Yes that's where I'm going with this mentally...

What do you normally charge for image files?
Obviously since it's a single image file (not with a package) the price should be a little higher.
