How to shoot JPEG only 1d3

Don't worry, I normally shoot RAW but, for this job, they're requiring JPEG (not just a one-time thing and will be a lot of photos) so I need to figure out how to shoot JPEG only. I can't figure out how to do this. I see how to shoot RAW+JPEG but I don't need/want RAW for this.

See page 52 of the manual for the details, otherwise the attached should get you going.
