After I received the original I figured it would go in the box with other stuff I don't use because it's trash. But I can admit I did the fix and actually used it for two hours today, worked great and very comfortable. I did catch myself checking it every once and a while.

I missed the Kickstarter special and your coupon code, but did preorder.

Has anyone who just preordered like myself received anything yet?

I preordered and nothing yet.

Seems like the kickstarter backers haven't all received their orders so we might be a while.

The fix doesn't take long, but if they have to do that to thousands of straps, there will be a small delay! However the wait will be well worth it!

canadian kickstarter backer here and have not received anything yet, but i am glad about that because i would rather wait for them to fix the problem and send a fixed version. the positive feedback is very encouraging though!

I was hoping these would show up in time for my trip to Maui. So disappointing.

Doh and woo!

Had another email saying they had a mixup at the shipping and I've been sent potentially one of the problem kits that was destined for China to be fixed but all credit to them they're now shipping a good one as well so I will end up with two. Even if the first is a problem kit you can then get it fixed :)

Well it turned up today and tested the 3 springs, (1 x clutch, 2 x slide) and all ping out without too much force so ordered 3 replacement springs and await the working set :)
