They have Ban all wolf hunting and trapping this year in my county and many other surrounding counties, its going to get hairy.. I have not seen a deer in the flesh since back in the summer. sure hope they didn't eat all the does that winter here in the back yard.

ok boys and girls
shot at 8000 I thought but exif says 6400
only thing I had to do was resize it so I could post here
please edit as best you can

I went tc and f4 for the reach to see if it would work
f4 1/1000 I wish it was 1/1250 but I thought it would be way underexposed 8000 iso

ill shoot 1/1250 from now on

Not sure. I use a masking sharpening method that over sharpens a lot and then I reduce until it looks OK to me which is subjective.

Man is that a sharp lens. While deciding between a 5D4 and 5DSR I priced it out and then just cried :-)

It is indeed pricey, but I saved quite a bit by buying it used from Lens Rentals.
