Thanks ! I got the puffins in Eiiliston and Bonavista, Newfoundland, back in July.

If anyone is thinking of going there, I highly recommend Jon Joy, of Tuckermore Discoveries. He's a great guy, who will give you a tour of the area. Lots of knowledge and he's now setting up some of his hikes specifically for photographers.

The Gannets were taken at Cape St. Mary's Ecological Preserve (southern part of the island).

I wish I had known. Been there twice and likely won't go back. We seen them and humpbacks on a boar tour in Bay Bulls.

Yes just were you said it was/ cloudy and raining some of the time but allthough it made for not much light you did not have a strong backlight
Thanks again stood there all day and saw it 3 times but i think it was one of the only places one was seen all day (kept telling evey one nope iv'e seen nothing ether )

Anyone here using Lexar 128gb CF Card 1066x 160mb/s with their 7DMKII? CurrentlyI am using Lexar 64gb 800x and I am thinking of getting a pack of 2 with 128gb. Anyone? Is there a big improvement from 64 800x?

Wow, those are impressive ratings. I have the more humble Lexar 128GB 95MB/s 633x card, and I'm wondering if the faster card would make a difference. Actually, my card seems to give adequate bursts...

It's hard to keep up with the new stuff.

I changed to Sandisk back around the time of the 7D. I had issues with lexar some time back and had to send cards back.
