I like the cold and I love all the textures etc. in the snow (no flies is a bonus) but looking for wildlife is a pointless exercise. Unlikely to see much besides gray jays and ravens. Not even many ptarmigan around yet this year. Too much ground to cover on foot and I'm trying to cut back on my driving so... >>> Pictures? What pictures? <<<<

Back to your picture: cropped this close it reminds me of one of those eye make-up commercials you see on TV. "Foxy Lady" to coin a phrase. Rod lol is your snow deep this year.. we are very deep.. The deer are being picked off by the wolves with the hard pack and the deer can't stay on top..
