I think you captured the action well, but they seem to a bit of a strange colour.
You may be able to correct them with white balance in PP if you have raw files or just convert them to mono.

A miracle happened. A ruby-crowned kinglet actually sat still for more than a second, allowing me to get a few shots off. It was a first for me, being able to photograph this perpetually moving bird.
