I guess there are no Apple Aperture fans here then.

It may not be as good as the Adobe products but it's definitely better than DPP.

Adobe doesn't have Camera Raw updated with the 7D2 data yet. LR and PS can not work with RAWs until then.

I know, they're still updating it. I primarily use LR but nice to have Aperture in a pinch for this purpose.

The update is for iPhoto and Aperture. You have to wait for Adobe to make it work with Photoshop.

Had the shutter in silent mode so manged to get a few shots off, before it got bored. Which wasn't long.

8000 ISO, used LR to get rid of some of the noise. Must admit not too great at this.

Heh, no tripod head...that would require a new tripod...and the head...and, well, my photography budget has been officially shot for a while now...unless I pick up some paid work.

Very easy to work. As others have pointed out it is actually a portable wireless router that is running a customized firmware along with the app (they literally put a sticker with the cam ranger logo over the original logo). You just join the wireless network it creates on your mobile device and plug in the USB port to the camera. Lots of control options, and you don't have to have live view running to take shots which handy for some applications. With live view on (you can toggle it on from the app) touch to focus works, along with a live histogram and you can even adjust the focus or do focus stacked shots. You can also view the shots on the camera and download them in full size to your device. And it does video recording too! Much more flexible than the 70D's onboard wireless, although it is an external device.

Thanks for the info buddy. Might have to wait until black friday and see if they do any kind of sell. I really want it for the time lapse and motorized tripod head. Anyways back to the pictures. Heres on i shot today.
