FYI Kenko DGX extender.

I'm not seeing the image here, but this happens to me. Last time I used the 1.4 DGX with the Tamron 150-600, I got serious over-exposure. I haven't tried to isolate the problem yet, but I would guess that it is the DGX' trickery backfiring because of the way the camera uses the data. I don't remember this happening when I first got the camera, though, so I am puzzled.

Nice juvenile, I'm hoping with this frigid weather it starts to drive the eagles down.

Hard to find lens, looks like you are one of the lucky few on this board who has one.

I think it's the Tamron 150-600 that's the hard to find one. And as far as the sigma goes, it has some focus issues that need to be worked out. For instance wen you fully zoom out sometimes it won't pick up focus, just keeps hunting, also focus when you do lol on is inconsistent. Non of these happen with my canon lenses. Plus I've read from a couple others in here that their sigma lens were not working right on it. Think it's a sigma issue, might have to be recalibrated through sigma to work.

Interesting, I am thinking about getting one to use with my 70-300L... But I guess that is another reason to use Auto ISO exp comp....

You might be thinking of the new 150-600mm Sigma lens. I believe the OP is talking about the existing 150-500mm Sigma lens, of which I have one.
