Im stuck in a wheelchair for 8 weeks after ankle fusion surgery, its doing my head in not being able to get out in nature with my cameras. Luckily I have quite a few unedited images to do so here are the first few I've done

Very nicely done shots. I especially like the images of the pelicans.

Cool shot!. Wondering if either the clarity slider or the radius detail slider is a little heavy as there is a hint of white halo around the boy... awesome timing!

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

7D2 number 3 has just gone completely dead on me, there wont be a number 4!!:-(. My wife reckons I'm jinxed. So it's back to my trusty 5D3 (he says with fingers crossed).

I'm really sorry to hear that Red. :-( Is there another plan, other that staying with the 5D3?

Honesty FOUR!!! Mr Canon should buy you a drink and a new Camera... In My Opinion.

Hmmm. I'm still happily using my first one after 3 and 1/2 years. What kinds of problems have plagued you? Besides mechanical issues there are also environmental conditions that can occasionally cause problems. What has been Canon's take on these problems after they occurred? What were they going to charge you to get this last one up and running? I see you're on Crete. Is perhaps heat/humidity/salt air a contributing factor?

I must be seriously lucky with cameras, never had an issue, still using my 5DIII I got in 2013 and 7D2 in 2014 both work horses

Hopefully not boring you all with dolphins, I do love them though. This was taken recently from the lookout overlooking our coastline, it was just one of those perfect days, the water was clear and the dolphins played for at least 40 minutes in the waves. I had tried for years to get shots like these so I guess wildlife is a game of patience. I was asked if I took this photo through glass ;-)a To give some perspective The second shot I took 4 years ago was the only decent shot I had of dolphins and taken on full frame at 400mm and cropped in, taken in the same area. I could not crop any further in without degrading the image. The 7DII shots are cropped a little but with the 600mm lens and the reach I get way better shots
