Yes indeed. There are coyote all over right now and if you keep your eyes peeled, a bobcat or two. Of course it is the Elk rut too, so I hope the fog stays off the top of the hill for you. I go up every weekend this time of year, but I am staying away on Labor Day Weekend. Good Luck!

Another fantastic shot. I'm going the Thursday after Labor Day. Still haven't decide what areas to hit this time around. Forgot about the elk actually. May have to reassess my objectives.

Thought I would try out the 7Dmkii with the 100-400mkii last weekend at Silverstone, shooting from the wrong side of the fence means these are massive crops.

That lens with that camera make a great combination. It does many things very well; like these images of yours, for instance.
