However as I have said before I feel the 5D4 edges it out in IQ. Fine details, cleaner files (although you can work with that on the 7D2) and better for crops. I have all AF points available at F8. The 7D2 better AF point coverage in the viewfinder due to sensor size which I prefer. The 5D4 could use a few more FPS. That would have made it an almost perfect camera. As for AF speed and tracking for BIF I'm still on the fence. Every situation is different so I can't really say for sure. I rarely come home empty handed with either body. I'm testing both out as I'm getting pretty serious about selling a few lenses and one body, possibly both, as I have my eye on the 1DX II. I'm selling my two cameras for the 1DX2 as well. Canon R6 II, RF 800mm.
