The squirrel's in Zion are very brazen. More than once we had to walk around them on the trail(s) as they refused to move while hoping for a handout.

Went birding yesterday at Legg Lake in South El Monte, CA, and spotted this common gallinule which was a lifer for me.

7D2 + 500/4 II.

This curious little Red Fox got within 8 ft of my car while I was parked letting me get several shots. However, as soon as I tried getting out of the car to get some different shots, he/she retreated into the grasses.
