Just a quick correction of your small typo. You obviously meant the EFs-17-55 f/2.8 IS in your first paragraph.

Yes, correct! Sorry took so lomg to see your reply.

How do you like EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro? I"ve considered obtaining that one, but went for the 100mm f/2.8L IS first. I like it a lot on the 7D2 for portraits, and on a 5D body for wider views, e.g. half or full body (if working distance permits). But the 60mm has always been intriguing, and it seems rather sharp.

raksphoto, the EF-S 60 macro is one of the sharpest lenses out there. I have both this and the EF 100 f/2.8L Macro which I purchased later and both of these lenses are tack sharp.

The 60mm is a great focal length for portraits as well, allowing you to be back a ways and not so close you are intimidatingly in their face and , since you are a bit further back, no lens distorting facial features. For the price, the EF-S 60 is a wonderful value as well.

Lovely shot, Ah-keong. I like the white against the blue. It's very attractive.

I have the Spyder LensCal, I haven't used it to MA my lens yet though, my 500 is pretty good both bare and with my 1.4x, but looking at how sharp your pics are I really need to make the effort.

Is that the Reikan product Mark ??

Which is considered better, Spyder Lenscal or Reikan Focal Pro?

With Spyder and most other methods you have to judge and make the final decision. Personally I don’t like to do that. FoCal runs it’s routine and it tells you what to set the MFA at.
