Great photo.
Archibald that is a common occurrance with the 100-400 although you never know when it will pop up.

airbutchie Not too crunchy More info | Nov 22, 2014 18:31 | #2507 Finally got to test/use the 7D2 on sports (surfing)... Shot the NSSA Air Show @ Newport Beach this morning with a few fellow SoCal POTN'ers... Needless to say, I had 25 frames left/available on my SanDisk 32GB CF card (RAWs)... AF was simply spot-on... And I used both 1.4x and 2x TC's to boot!!!! The better thing, though, was my battery was still at 40%-50%... Woo hoo!!!! I'll be posting a few captures soon... Hi. My name is Butch...

2n10 Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 22, 2014 18:32 | #2508 After using cases that better fit the shots I was taking as found and reported out by Snydermark along with getting MFA dialed in I am getting sharper shots and more of them. Still some adjustments to be made in shooting style, ss and aperture I think. I believe I am going to bump up the aperture to f/8 when using my 100-400L thanks to the better noise handling of the camera.
