There is a thread discussing shipment and delivery of the 7D2.It started out about Best Buy but has morphed into a general discussion.

What was the date and time of your amazon order email? My order was showing a Nov 3 delivery and then changed to Oct 31. My order was placed:
Mon, 15 Sep 2014 07:26:32 -0700 (PDT)

Has your credit card been charged? That was my first indication that the shipping processes was getting started. I don't have a shipping confirmation yet or tracking # but am hopeful for tomorrow.

Regardless, I hope amazon comes through for you or you find a local source for the camera.

My card hasn't been charged but I didn't order mine until yesterday morning. Regardless, if it comes out today, and I irder next day shipping, it should be here tomorrow. So I'm not amused lol

Woo hoo!!!

My last 1.6x crop was 30D, believe me, after i bought 1D2n not so long after 30D i never looked back to 1.6x ever until now, and with 1 series bodies, difficult to look or go back to 1.6x, and your gear list is better than mine, hehehehehehehe
