It basically means that when a signature is required, I have to sit and wait at my house all day long because if I am not here, I will miss it.

Many times I have left a signed handwritten note taped to my door telling UPS that they may leave the package (by the door, or whatever), and they do.

Now I'm just waiting for Adobe to update LR5. :)

I shot an entire high school football game last night and pp with DPP4 is just killing me right now... Anyone have a good estimate for when the Lightroom update will be out?

I have not used DPP in years. Is it possible to do a bulk export to TIFF and then process in LR5 from there? I'll be struggling with this myself soon.

Some files are missing "AF Microadjustment value" in the EXIF data.

Well, I got mine and I don't have a cat in a dark room but I have to shoot something so I guess a quick crappy photo of my old Rhodesian Ridgeback at low ISO and bright sunlight will have to do. :)

I'll be in my element tomorrow night shooting a college football game with it. Let me go read the manual, watch a few videos, and play with the settings some more.

Yes you can, i -many times- convert my RAW to TIFF for printing or advanced editing from DPP, so you can do that and with batch converting too, you even can apply the editing on all the RAW at the same time if you apply same values on all at once.

One thing I"m getting out of this is that DPP is really a powerful program in its own right. I've begun the study of it.

I've been using DPP since 2006, and many of my shots i posted on this forum was just from DPP alone, i only use Photoshop for advanced editing which i don't need always.

And Canon improved the feature of DPP year after year.

Keyan and other current or previous 70D owners,

How does it feel in your hands compared to the 70D?

It is a bit of a more full grip, which is OK for me. I am really struggling to figure out the ergonomics, to be honest I miss the D pad and touchscreen a bit right now.

But, OMG, the AF. It is really insane.

I do like how my 60d screen flips to hide.
Not sure if I'll get a protector or not. Maybe.

When reviewing images on my 5D3 I use magnify to 100% from selected point. So I set my 7D2 up the same way, but when I press it the photo zooms to the centre point regardless of selected AF point, and it doesn't seem to get accurate focus,

Can anybody else try this on theirs plz?

Might have to MFA your lens. I just did with my 17-55, but it always front focuses on every body.

Thanks. I'll have to try that route.

I have been using LR for many years now and haven't had DPP on the last 2 or 3 computers. I'm very comfortable and happy with LR but I'll check out the latest DPP to see what it can do.

I have not used a screen protector on any of my cameras going back to the 350D. Have not used them on my last two phones (GS3 and GS5) either. Have never had a problem with either.
