Pondrader how do you keep improving fox perfection!
Ancientone, love the Kook, they remind me of Kingfishers maybe?
We just made it back to civilization -Puerto Natales- longest I've lived without WiFi. Couple
days rest here before heading back to Arenas. Here's one from the park-

The 7D2 actually lets you set up a button to toggle to a new set of shooting settings instantly, I have my DoF preview button set up for this.

Thanks Keyan
I was out walking with the camera today trying to work out how I would get round this problem (well problem for me as I'm for ever turning the dial from c3 and back to AV so with what you have said that would work great
Thanks again Colin
PS I had given up hope of an answer

Very nice, everyone.

It sure is nice to have such an active thread with happy 7D2 photographers.

Jeff,

I love the dark leggings your fox has. I'm at work so I can't see things as well as I can at home. Does his/her tail match? It looks dark as well. Is he/she a new one? I don't remember those markings. The Pine Marten is cool too.

Beautiful work everyone ... by circumstance I have more available access to warbirds rather than traditional birds. Yesterday I was scouting the local flight museum for a P-51D Mustang sunset shoot that was to occur that evening. I was unable to make it back for the actual shoot but the objective for the attending photographers was to capture the flames coming out of the 12 cylinder Merlin engine as they spun it up. Wish I could have made it.

Here are a couple photos of CFM's The Brat III which had been grounded for nearly two years for an engine rebuild. The Brat is officially back in the air as of this past week. I love hearing her fly by while working in the yard ... great sound.

Keyan I'm loving Bob's Bear.
Pondrader, a solid black fox...seriously? I'm already looking forward to it.
OK today another 500+ pics....mosty working HDR and exposure blending but there was a bird or two (and a fox but I doubt I'll post it
on this thread for reasons of shame compared to the foxes in Ontario!)
I think this is a juvenile Black Chested Eagle-
