Thank's Corry, I find myself not using the tripod a lot and I know I should, This female purple finch I was shooting free hand and this Chickadee as well. But I know I should be on the tripod for sure. This little guy is the hardest thing in the yard to shoot

Love the goldfinch. We used to have loads of these in the garden; up to 15 at the same time. Suddenly there are loads of cats in the neighbourhood and not so many birds ☹️. Some new neighbours have cats and the feral cats are breeding. I do love cats, but they are not good for wildlife. The crows aren't afraid though. They just mob the cats and make a racket to wake the dead.

These were taken at ISO 5000 and 6400. I was surprised that they looked quite decent with minimum post-processing.

I wish to shoot a fox in my life, and i will be happy in wildlife photography, i don't need to shoot all or so many animals, but some animals i really like to shoot including the fox, good job everybody!
