My dog, a crappy bird photo of a Mockingbird hiding behind a ridgeline and teasing me by chirping at me, and a crappy helicopter photo of the Governor's helicopter going by at a distance. Didn't even bother trying to get prop blur with the helicopter. Of course, if I knew it was the Governor at the time, I would have waved at him. You know, one hand, one finger. Ya it's true Doc I have a ton of stuff in the yard. But if I named them all you would think I never left the deck. McNeese72 wrote in post #17936012 You got that in your backyard, I get this. I just need to get well, get caught up with all the honey-do's, so I can take a day where I head to the marsh before sunrise. And I like to pick on Jeff. I highly respect the shots he takes. ![]() ![]() ![]() Doc Image hosted by forum (781252) © Pondrader [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff. Hosted photo: posted by Pondrader in ./showthread.php?p=17935970&i=i200063884 forum: Canon Digital Cameras Your fox photos remind me of a friend - an older gentleman that was a highly decorated WWII war hero from the 101st Airborne "Band of Brothers". He spent the last 30 years of his life working at "cleaning up" his 300 acres of woods. One day a fox showed up and sat nearby and watched him work. The fox came back everyday, sometimes waiting by the house for him to come out. If the fox didn't show he would start his chainsaw and within minutes the fox would appear, stay all day and then follow him home. If I showed up the fox would move about 30 feet away until I left. This went on for a couple of years. When the old man died the fox disappeared. Maybe he moved to Minden? https://www.flickr.com/photos/22055591@N05/albums

They are much like a very intelligent dog ..slash.. cat. Once they befriend you they very much wish to be around you studying your every move. Thanks for sharing your story... magoosmc wrote in post #17936386 Your fox photos remind me of a friend - an older gentleman that was a highly decorated WWII war hero from the 101st Airborne "Band of Brothers".
