6. Outweighed. The new calendar years aging, with variety of maturation and my son now being the youngest, finds himself giving up 30-60 pounds at times.

DJHaze,
You are above average. Let me guess, of all 480 frames, you average 2 per burst. After the first of a burst, the rest, even in Servo tracking is nearly free battery usage compared to single shot shooting. you can Google plenty of discussion and data about this issue.

Sorry didn't see your reply. You got it about right. Barely looked at the screen. Did the same approach with the 80D shooting over 2,000 pictures at a car show having my 64GB Card filling up before the battery died. was at 24% when I got home. Today with the 7D Mark II, I took 730 Shots again barely turning on the screen to occasionally look at images or change case settings. It was at 27% when I got back. It's terrible.

Not a lot to shoot to be honest George other than the aviary birds. The elephants have gone, the tigers are behind glass, (when they're out) The Giraffes, rhino and zebra are invariably at the far end of their enclosure out of range, and the red panda is invariably hidden. If you've seen one roo or croc, you've seen 'em all I guess. That said, I have an annual pass as I go regularly just to shoot the wild birds that show up around the property and to see my granddaughter performing of course :-)

I had a suspicion that might have been the case. My memory was that the animals were behind glass or fences.

That's the beauty of that Dubbo zoo. It's almost like they are not in cages the way the designed it. The fences are in ditch's so you do not see them.

I might check out the little Zoo at the Big Pineapple. My neighbors son works there,

Thanks Kev

.

Nice.

To me that is classic Canon colours. I love that look you get on grey overcast days.

A few shots from this week's game with the University of Icarnate Word posted in two posts. Most of them are before it got dark. After it got dark the lighting on their field was terrible. About like a lot of high school teams' lighting.

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

What do you think is your problem? Your camera or your lens?
