I was thinking I had wasted my time brining it because it was the last day of a 4 day trip and I had not used it once. Then I found the herd of bighorn sheep. Glad I brought the camera. Needing something to do while the sun rises over the swamp, I'm shooting this marsh in the dark knowing full well Mr Big is right here somewhere. And its as foggy as can be which give's the morning a mystical feel. I see a commotion going on a km down the road. Mr Big is hot and bothered and just flys past my buddy Dave. We smile for a moment and out of the swamp fly's Mr big grunting and a slobbering, at first I thought it was Dave ,..but no... The 100-400LII ... not so much at just a few feet and in the fog.
