Hello everyone.
I own a Canon 6D and Lightroom 4.4
I am quite interested in the noise reduction of Lightroom.
Someone who owns a Canon 6d, that used Lightroom 4, and then upgraded to Lightroom 5, did notice a good improvement on noise reduction? (I need it mostly from 3200 ISO to 12800 ISO)

Sorry it isn't clear from your post, are you asking if Lightroom (4 or 5) does a good job removing high iso noise or are you asking if LR 5 is improved compared to LR4?

The way I read it is zulutown is asking if there is an improvement in LR5 over LR4 in controlling noise on a 6D.

I can speak about 5D3 (sorry for 6D which i don't have)
5D3 and LR 4 >> the raw straight out of the camera show less noises in LR4 than LR5 (without post process), i was very surprised, but LR5 handle very well the noise reduction, so i'll say .. it's ok
