R.Lee , i posted a link to a video that has some really good info on learning an EOS camera . I posted in the camera section last night . It says' it's for Rebel type cameras but the info will work on any and all EOS cameras just the buttons are located different places . It's 2 hours long but lot's of good info , Watch it in part or all at once if you have the time . But it's really worth it . It will help when taking pictures like your Eagle with bright or cloudy back grounds and helping with the WB too . It's all about learning your camera ! Hope it helps some .

If your camera has a turn on highlights function then do so better than a histogram. IMO, only 1 and 4 are over exposed.

There will be days when you get the shot(s) you missed days, months or years before.

Very very nice set. Wish i could get one around here.

Believe me, there aren't many around here either. I was lucky enough to find it about 3 miles from my house. It was in the road ditch when I first saw it, but it flew when I pulled up alongside. I had to go back home and get the Tammy to get these photos.

Hi R.Lee How far were those shots?

About 120 yards. Thanks to the Tamzooka, it was not yet out of range.

I agree. I dont have time for the histogram.
The shots are fast out here. No time to play with the histogram.
Maybe in pp.
