I'm looking for inspiration from other pet/animal photographers and finding people further afield than just the UK is proving pretty difficult. I know we have people from all over the world in here so thought I'd ask who inspires you guys, what style do you like and what kind of work do you aspire to?

Personally I like the gritty feel of Kim Levin's work, and the humor and quirkiness of Elke Vogelsang's. On Instagram I follow a photographer called @lindalaughs for her horse portraiture.

There is something really fun to me about the portraits of the pets and their people. It is fun to see who looks like their pets!

Other than me? haha!
I specialize in equine portraits and find inspiration in several people-- Tim Flach, Wojtek Kwiatkowski, Wiebke Haas to name a few :)

For me, hands down Alicja Zmyslowska. Truly inspiring work.
