Just curious as to what folks use for album layouts, I know Fundy is one and I don't know whether there is any for Lightroom Book module.

Any others that you use and why?

InDesign. It is easy to use, very customisable and album vendor independent.

Thanks for this but I won't go CC ever. So it appears Fundy will be the answer.

Can you preview Fundy albums to clients before printing (proofs or maybe a PDF)?

InDesign is good, but theres a learning curve to it, if youre ok, its very flexible.. a bit slow unless you also invest in plugins/extensions like AlbumFlow
Smart albums, couldnt find separate dimensions for the covers, as it has to have a different diamensions.
Fundy has separate cover dimensions and the rest of the pages, you cannot copy and paste, test can only be set visually (point size) but faster
