Senior Pics - Warning Noob Inside!

I am really just a hobbyist that loves photography. Here are some senior pics I took for some friends of ours. Interested in some feedback. These are posted from Photobucket and I have noticed they always look soft. They are pretty sharp in LR.

I like the 2nd the best. The first one seems too tight on headroom and imo, I would leave more of his left arm in frame for better continuity.

too much shadow under the eye for the 1st, got to prevent it or correct it in post I like the last one best

Add hair light so his head doesn't merge with the background.


Nikon/Fuji.
