I am going to be doing my first fitness/physique shoot for a local competitor and trainer and just looking for tips for dramatic lighting and to accentuate his definition. See my signature for available gear I will be using. Every little bit helps!

I have been searching youtube and have watched a few of those videos one of which was a walkthrough of a shoot and I was studying how they were holding the lights. So I have been down the route but I do appreciate your input none the less.
