Hey guys

First of i want to thank POTN and all its members because without you guys i wouldnt have learned so much. You were always kind and gave me feedback and help when i needed it.

I want to know what you guys think of my 500px gallery as a whole. I know a few pictures are nice, but i want to have a constant type of style and quality to my gallery as a whole.. You can find the link below in my sig :)

Appreciate all your ideas/critics or what you think about!

Thanks,
David

I will comment on the landscapes. To be honest, nothing really draws my attention. The picture of the lake and the dock, the pillars are right in the way - and the background is not in focus 100%.

The apocalypse shot has some weird haloing around the mountains in the background, and the colors are off - perhaps that is what you were going for? A lot of them look like snapshots I guess is what I am saying. You have some nice shots though.

I think 'Stranded' and 'Smoking' are two of my favorites.

If the photos serve as a personality test, they seem to whisper something about introversion and logical, creatively mathematical thought.

The landscape shots didn't really do much for me. A couple as said do look to snap shot ish. The shots of the old couple on the train and the three men on the bench could do with more depth of field to bring more of the other subjects into focus.

The one looking over onto the building opposite with the balconies I really liked.

Please take this as my views on how I see it. Everyone will see things and prefer things differently.

Hope it helps anyway :-)
