I asked someone I know at google what it was like "I've been using that for a couple weeks, it's not too bad. I don't think it's as good as a native Photoshop experience, but it gets decently close."

If it allows RAW processing and basic editing then it's probably worth checking out although I'm not on the "cloud"

Chrome is so unstable I would not depend on it for any serious work
