Hi. anybody in the UK. I have a Canon hard case with 840 stamped on the lock...I have no keys,does anybody have a 840 key for sale or willing to get one cut , I will pay for the key and post and a small reward. Canon UK does not keep these as a stock item. Thank you.

I'm interested in seeing how this plays out.

I've had one of those keys in my eBay "searches you follow" for a couple of years and have never seen one come up for sale.

I doubt very much if one will come up for sale..just hoping someone out there will help me out..cannot understand why Canon UK don't sell spares..:cry:

Hi

The images on the birds forum that Copperny linked remind me very much of Samsonite locks & keys. FWIW you can for sure buy spares of Samsonite ones, a few years ago on holiday I found I had lost my key when we arrived. I found Samsonite dealer and bought a key for £5.

If it is fact a samsonite lock give them a call if it don't work maybe u can return em
