I bought Flipside 400 AW awhile ago and it became one of my most used in action. Wondering if anyone has used this little brother and can offer some opinions.

While the 400AW gets used more since I purchased it due to holding more equipment and having the built-in rain cover, the 300 works very well when you want something smaller. It works great for air travel, as it will fit under any seat and still leave you some leg room. I used to be able to cram a lot of gear in the 300 -- it just wasn't big enough when I added a 2nd body.

Well made, durable convenient to use. I have used them for years. Best, Bruce

It should be fine under those conditions. The 300 just does not have a built-in rain cover like the 400AW.

I really like the fact that the opening for the gear faces my back and therefore eliminate any sneaking hands from accessing my gear. It's very sturdy and well built. I even thought of getting one to use for commuting to work to carry my things. Gear
