Hi All - Thought this might be more appreciated here than in the video forum. Shot with my Tamron 150-600mm VC and 7D. This mom was overlooking her 2 cubs. She sized me up for a short while, and then decided it was time for the family to go to sleep.

great video.. i am planning on getting that lens next yr.. i also have a cannon 7D... wondered how well it does.....

cool, bears don't have good eye site but have an excellent sense of smell. How far away were you??

Thanks photocopy and Fishbreath. I am very happy with the video performance of that lens, and I will turn the VC and Autofocus off for most lockdown video angles. I think the lens was at about 430mm and 500mm for these shots, I'm about 35 feet away and slightly uphill.
