I saw a nice Rugged Gear set-up from another member but that it over my budget. I think a jogging stroller could be modified. Just wonder if anyone has done this? What could I use to attach my tripod and monopod to the sides. Would ATV gun racks do (or is that overkill?). I was thinking I could just velcro them to the sides perhaps. The one I was looking at was the Graco http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com …42520412?categoryId=12966 (external link).

Thanks for your thoughts. Any other ideas that might be useful?

Get a convertible two child bike trailer. ;) I have one for my girls and the inside fold flat for carrying "stuff" rather than kids. They're larger, flat inside, and will hold more weight than a jogging stroller. http://www.amazon.com …=c&ref=pd_sl_4qtq9elgpl_b (external link)

I happen to have "bumble bee" brand bike/hand stroller..... it's huge, but rolls like a charm. Where would you use such a device?

On trails (both paved and grassy). I carry too much equipment, I know. I live in FL and also like to take a small cooler. And I'm getting old LOL. Thought this might make it easier on me.

the stroller I have is for my kids when they were younger, and works incredibly well. Those burley's work very well too, super smooth and easy to push no matter the terrain. I'm sure it could carry the super lenses without issue. it has a cover for rain too, an added bonus.

Only issue was that you need a minivan to truck to haul it, it was quite big. The single seat strollers are much smaller. Grab one from craigslist and save a few bucks.

I'm the guy with the Rugged Gear cart.

I think a stroller would work well. That's what I started researching when I decided to get a rolling something to haul my gear around. I wasn't sure how to attach my tripod and monopod either. That's why I ended up with what I have. It is expensive, no doubt... much more than I planned on spending. I made a few trips to Goodwill to see if I could find a decent jogging stroller, as that was what I thought would work the best. The new jogging strollers are expensive.

Hi Kim. Yes, your set-up looks great. It's just too expensive for me. I've been checking Craigslist and didn't think of Goodwill. I'll stop by and see what they have.

I/we use this sucker for everything: photoshoot, beach, park, camping, home depot, night out for ice cream. It can hold up to 150 lbfs so both my 6.5 & 1.5 yrs old hop in with no problem.

I use that folded wagon for camera stuff, kids stuff, chairs etc. tires are vulcanized rubber so they have to breathe for a few weeks before you want it in the care for any appreciable length of time
