Oct 03, 2014 15:33 | #2 These all look great; I'm sure the couple was very happy. Adding a flash would give your portraits more pop. Also, if the car window was rolled all the way up that'd be good but perhaps this was a candid shot and there was no time to do that. All in all, these are good; I can tell the couple felt relaxed. the site

Light is even, but still not ideal given the fact that the light just isn't getting into the eyes very well. You could have hunted for a better place to shoot that bounced the light up a little better, or you could have added a flash+umbrella on a light stand. It would have made a huge difference in terms of how these gals look. 4-that's cute. Good job grabbing focus and spotting the opportunity to include the reflection. 5-Interesting posing here--I like it. I wish left dude was behind groom, though. Are people looking at the camera in this shot ? Or off to the left--I can't tell. Is there a reason they would be not looking at you ? http://www.facebook.com/DPhillipsStudios

The dog in 2 was the bride and groom's so I was looking for a natural way to incorporate it into some photos. Ideally I wanted it to walk with them but when reviewing the images the B & G noticed it was in the photo and were pleased that it was in it. I think if you clone the dog, it'd be less distracting.
