A bit too much headroom imo

Not sure about the partial teddy bear - either in the shot or out of it. Not keen on the OOF shoes and hands of the chap. More DOF needed. Nice expressions, though,

These were my thoughts.

Loving the expressions and how relaxed your models are! (usually that's harder to get right than technical stuff ). I'm also digging the posing and how her and his hands are kinda mirroring each other. Not completely, but I'm digging it.

It seems like you were trying to use the rule of thirds a bit too strictly. I'd advise to step back a little and pointing the camera down a little bit as to include Teddy completely and his shoes completely as well. Both seem to have been cut out of the frame. In general, I'd advise to look around the edges of your frame for any clutter, mess, or anything distracting.

Contrary to the other users posting before me I have no troubles with the out of focus feet and hands. If anything, I think they are leading me to look at the models faces and expressions which is good.
I do have a bit of a problem with the crotch area of his pants being in focus. It just looks a bit unflattering as it's an in focus area drawing a bit of attention. In this shot, I would leave it as it is.
