So I did my first T&I with about 200 kids, for a youth soccer league. I did paper order forms for parents to fill out, and recorded the frame number for each student. I'm ordering through Miller's Sports, and it doesn't seem bad. What I'm not sure of is how to handle all the data. I definitely need it in a spreadsheet - but I'm unsure the best way to handle the information. Do you order directly from the sheets? Do you keep all the paper? What is your typical process, documentation and ordering wise, AFTER the shoot. I have no bar code scanners etc. I'm also clueless about how the "Label" feature in millers works or if its anything I should even bother with. I only want to control data that is useful.

Any advice is appreciated!

I'm sure everyone has their own special way of doing things but let me offer you this. Keep all your order forms for at least a month after you deliver. I always have one or two parents state they ordered this and didn't get it. After I show them the order copy and they realize their error I tell them I can order it for you. :)

I keep all of my order forms for a year. I'm still working on a better way to input/collect the data since most people are filling out paper forms. I'd really like to utilize my tablets however I don't think there is a simple/fast way to do that at this point in time.

I don't do much T&I stuff but I would definitely like to get more involved in it with our local market.
