Here is a link to his video. I have not seen this yet so I have no idea what it really says just what I read on his blog. His blog seems to state he is overall impressed but that he has some issues.

Just keep the raw in case something goes wrong, otherwise just use the JPG right out of the camera, even at ISO 16000. That would be more exciting to me for sports. Obviously good enough for his clients... whether wedding, or sports. The 6D and 5D3 also have very heavy handed NR in-camera with the JPGs, that is nothing really new. The Kelby empire is built on selling books and training to photographers and he does it better than anyone. By his own admission, he is also paid by Canon so I am less swayed by his opinion of the camera. Houston Wedding Photographer

He also isn't just a Canon talking head, he is more than vocal about issues with Canon, he strikes me as somebody that just wants the best hardware for what he shoots, if that means switching brands, like he has in the past. Again, we now have 3 big wigs in the marketplace, whether they are subsidized by Canon or not, that like the camera. That means more than comments, concerns or doubts raised by individuals that have zero intent on buying the 7D2. Past Equipment | My Personal Gallery

I felt like his video about switching rang as very hollow and corporate rather than real and genuine. Houston Wedding Photographer

I felt like his video about switching rang as very hollow and corporate rather than real and genuine. And no, just because someone is really good at teaching Photoshop doesn't mean you should take all their gear advice, especially when they are paid by the company they are promoting. well, kelby seemed pretty upfront about the camera. What I got from the video is that the camera is a budget friendly sports camera/backup pro body. It's not meant to replace a 1Dx, though the video is kind of a huge sales pitch, he actually gets to some flaws of the camera, which makes it somewhat realistic of a review. However, Kelby does a good job of avoiding direct comparisons to other brands when asked about it, and he does a good job at deflecting those questions Sony A7siii/A7iii/ZV-1 - FE 24/1.4 - SY 24/2.8 - FE 35/2.8 - FE 50/1.8 - FE 85/1.8 - F 600/5.6 - CZ 100-300 - Tamron 17-28/2.8 - 28-75/2.8 - 28-200 RXD
