Got this today from BestBuy:

I hope this is what you are looking for. As for having a printed version, I agree! Having the manual in the field is very useful, especially for the first month or so. I still had my 50D manual in my bag until maybe only a few months ago (not that I have looked at it in years! :P )

Drum roll, 16 days and counting. I usually deal with B/H or Adorama and rarely Unique Photo. I'll be curious and suprised if BestBuy actually delivers with 2 days of the end of he month.

For some reason every other retailer is taking about mid to end Nov.

If that happens then (jokes apart but) a gift card or discount is sure to have. At least that much they can do (for damage control)

Maybe BB wants everyone to think it will get 7D2 first, then order from BB instead of others -- that "error" will be worth $5 mistake GC if it sells a lot of pre-orders. So, by the time it hits, no one will change the order date and fall to the back of the line at other retailers. Hmmmm, is that a "calculated business lie" otherwise known as advertising.

Newegg has thier release date as November 7...

It will be interesting to see what Adorama and B&H show after they recover from the Sukkot time off.

Yes, wouldn't that be great if the warehouse filled up with 7D2 while they were closed, and all they have to do now is ship it to us Free overnight, of course ... that would create lots of smiles -- and lots of 'first hand' non-sponsored reviews soon too.
